Measure and compare your paid campaign results with the Paid Performance dashboard in Measure. Get clear insights across TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, all in one place.

Prerequisites

Before creating a Paid Performance Dashboard, you first need to have at least one ad account connected. Learn more about Connecting your Ads Manager Account.


Creating a Paid Performance Dashboard

To create a Paid Performance Dashboard, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Engage drop-down in the left-hand navigation bar

  2. Click Measure

  3. Select Create Social Dashboard

  4. Click Paid Performance

  5. Select Next

  6. Select your Ad Accounts

  7. Click Create


Paid Performance Metrics

METRIC

DEFINITION

PAID IMPRESSIONS

Impressions are the number of times ads from the selected campaigns were displayed to a user during the reporting period.

PAID TOTAL ACTIONS

The total number of actions that people took after seeing your ads. Actions may include engagement, clicks or conversions.

PAID TOTAL SPEND

Spend is the estimated total amount of money you've spent on your campaign, ad set or ad during its schedule. This metric is estimated.

PAID WEB CONVERSIONS

Web conversions are the total number of events or conversions driven by selected campaigns, as calculated by the advertising network's tracking pixel or equivalent solution. The metric is calculated as the roll-up of all the standard and custom conversion events.

PAID CLICKS

Clicks are the total number of times users clicked on your ads driven by selected campaigns.

PAID VIDEO VIEWS

The number of times your videos played for at least three seconds, or for 97% of its length if they're shorter than three seconds.

PAID KPI VS SPEND

Daily KPI breakdown vs your spend.

PAID CONTENT TYPE BREAKDOWN FOR ENGAGEMENTS

Total engagements broken out by type.

HERE ARE YOUR TOP ADS

The top posts sorted by engagement rate by default. Change the sort by clicking edit.

PAID PERFORMANCE (CAMPAIGNS)

Analysis of your top performing campaigns and ad accounts.


Actions

  1. Dashboard Name Drop-down: Click the drop-down to alternate between saved Paid, earned & owned dashboards.

  2. Save: Click save to save changes made to your dashboard or select the drop-down arrow to name or rename your dashboard.

  3. Date Range: Adjust the date range of your dashboard.

  4. Paid Accounts: Add or remove paid accounts to your dashboard.

  5. Tags: Apply Tags to your dashboard.

  6. Post Type: Add or remove specific post types from your dashboard.

  7. Action: Choose between the following options.

    1. Schedule Report: Your dashboard must be saved before scheduling a report.

    2. Manage Subscriptions: Manage your scheduled reports.

    3. Send PDF to Email: The PDF will deliver to the email address on file for your Meltwater account.

    4. Export Excel

    5. Share Dashboard

    6. Manage Shareable Dashboards

  8. Edit: Resize, re-order, or delete metrics from your dashboard.

  9. Export: Export your dashboard via one of the following options:

    1. Send PDF to Email

    2. Export Excel

    3. Share Dashboard

    4. Manage Shareable Dashboards
