The Team Performance dashboard in Measure provides a single lens for teams to easily track actions in Conversations and identify trends and areas for improvement.

Prerequisites
Before creating a Team Performance dashboard, you must have at least one social account connected. Learn more about Connecting Your Owned Social Accounts. Additionally, since this dashboard is based of the Conversations tab data, there must be responses occurring on the social account you have connected.
Creating a Team Performance Dashboard
To create a Team Performance Dashboard, follow these steps:
Click the Engage drop-down in the left-hand navigation bar
Click Measure
Select Create Social Dashboard
Click Team Performance
Select Next
Select your Accounts
Click Create
Team Performance Dashboard Metrics
METRICS | DEFINITION | FREQUENCY OF UPDATES |
AVERAGE FIRST REPLY TIME | The average time it took your team to send out the first reply to a received message. | Real time |
TOTAL RECEIVED MESSAGES | The total number of messages received during the reporting period. | Real time |
ACTIONED MESSAGES | The total number of received messages with an action applied during the reporting period. Actions include mark as complete, replies, retweets, likes, and tags. | Real time |
HERE IS AN SLA SUMMARY OF YOUR RESPONSE TIMES | Total volume of received messages, actions, and the average first reply time during the reporting period. | Real time |
MOST REPLIES | This user sent the most replies during the reporting period. | Real time |
ACTION RATE | The number of total actioned messages divided by total received messages during the reporting period. | Real time |
SLOWEST FIRST REPLY TIME | The longest time a user took to reply in the reporting period. | Real time |
FASTEST AVERAGE TIME TO REPLY | The user that had the fastest replies (average) in the reporting period. | Real time |
HERE ARE YOUR REPLY STAT TOTALS | Summary of metrics in the reporting period versus the comparison period. | Real time |
HERE ARE YOUR REPLY STATS BY TEAM MEMBER | Breakdown of the slowest first reply time (minutes), average first reply time (minutes), total replies, and total actions, by user. | Real time |
Actions
Dashboard Name Drop-down: Click the drop-down to alternate between saved Paid, earned & owned dashboards.
Save: Click save to save changes made to your dashboard or select the drop-down arrow to name or rename your dashboard.
Date Range: Adjust the date range of your dashboard.
Owned Accounts: Add or remove owned accounts to your dashboard.
Tags: Apply Tags to your dashboard.
Post Type: Add or remove specific post types from your dashboard.
Facebook Boosted: Choose between the following options.
All (Boosted and Organic Posts)
Boosted organic posts
Organic Posts
Action: Choose between the following options.
Schedule Report: Your dashboard must be saved before scheduling a report.
Manage Subscriptions: Manage your scheduled reports.
Send PDF to Email: The PDF will deliver to the email address on file for your Meltwater account.
Export Excel
Share Dashboard
Manage Shareable Dashboards
Edit: Resize, re-order, or delete metrics from your dashboard.
Export: Export your dashboard via one of the following options:

Share Dashboard
