This all-in-one space allows you to respond, send new messages, and take action across all interactions within your network. Instead of juggling multiple platforms, you now have one centralized inbox for things Klear messages, campaign messages, emails, mass emails, and more.
Easily access your entire conversation history and influencer profile information, so you’ll always have the context needed to personalize your messages.

Centralized Connect Inbox Overview
The Centralized Connect Inbox is used for:
Influencer/Campaign Management: Keep track of who has selected products or signed agreements
Organization and Efficiency: As you scale your influencer efforts with more outreach and campaigns, stay organized, respond promptly, and craft personalized communications to build relationships.
Influencer Relationships and Team Collaboration: If you are working solo or on a team, enjoy one organized space to tackle your inbox and get up to speed.
Using the Centralized Connect Inbox
Accessing Your Connect Inbox
When there is a new interaction with an influencer, a notification will appear on the Message icon in the upper right corner:
Click on the specific message to see the interaction in full
Or click on the paper airplane icon
Everyone from your My Influencers database will appear on the left-hand side. Unread messages will appear at the top, and influencers with the most recent messages will follow.

Setting Up Your Email Integration
You must integrate your email address within Klear to send email messages to influencers from your own address and sync replies in Connect.
Go to Account Settings
Click Integrations
Locate the Email Provider section
Click Connect Your Email
Follow the prompts to log in and grant permissions
Note: If you’ve integrated your email before, you’ll need to reconnect to update access and sync email replies into Connect.
To define which email address is the default to send email from your account, use the kebab menu next to your integrated email address
Sending New Messages, Responding, and Taking Campaign Actions
The All Messages tab consolidates all interactions with each influencer into a single thread, giving you a complete view of your history. This includes campaign emails, individual and mass outreach, recruit emails, replies, and interactions like product gifting, tracking links, and coupon code deliveries—all in one place.
Use the buttons at the top to switch your view to see messages for a specific campaign.
Use the sidebar to see contact info, notes, and more details like custom variables, payments, agreements, etc.
Respond and send new messages using the message box.
Click into a campaign to send assets like file attachments, tracking links, agreements, payments, coupon codes, or gifts.
To send a new email or take non-campaign actions
Click the kebab menu in the top right of the toolbar
Select from the action options: Send Email, Visit Profile, Update Profile, Add To Campaign, Add Tag, Fetch Email, Get TikTok Demographics, or Create PDF report.
To send a Mass Email or submit an email fetching request
Use the checkboxes on the side to select your influencers and follow the prompts. To send a Mass Email to influencers in specific campaigns or tags, filter your inbox view
To mark a message as unread and return to it later for follow-up, select the kebab menu next to it and click Mark As Unread.
Sending Emails To Influencers in Connect
With your email successfully connected, you can send communications from your brand email to any influencer in your campaign.
Navigate to the influencer you’d like to email
Use the message field to draft your message, customize the subject line, and add links and/or attachments.
Hit Send to deliver the email directly to the influencer’s inbox and bypass sending an official campaign invite.
Note: The influencer must have an email in the system to send a message. If you are messaging influencers in a campaign without a Klear account. Learn more about Activating influencers in campaigns without a Klear account.
Once sent, you’ll see the status of your message below, detailing when it was sent.
Manage Campaign Email Replies in Connect
As influencers respond to your emails, their replies will be filtered directly into your Connect Inbox.
Note: only email replies moving forward will be synced into Klear. Your historical replies before connecting or re-connecting will not be synced.
When an influencer replies to any communication you send, you’ll receive a notification in your account.
Navigate to the Connect Inbox to view and respond to replies without leaving Klear.
Use the message box to reply via email and continue the conversation.
Note: If you respond to the email directly from your email provider inbox, your conversation will still be synced into Connect.
Note: You still cannot send payments or agreements to influencers without a Klear account. Learn more about Activating influencers in campaigns without a Klear account.
Send Campaign Assets in Connect
Use the actions bar in Connect to send campaign assets to influencers in Connect
Tracking links, coupon codes, and products can be sent to influencers with or without a Klear account. Learn more about Campaigns.
Once you create tracking links and coupon codes, you can adjust the message and send the asset to the influencer directly from your integrated email.
Filtering Your Connect Inbox
Filtering by Campaign View
Use the drop-down to switch from All My Influencers to a specific campaign.
Once selected you will only see influencers in that campaign in the sidebar.
Use the actions bar to take campaign actions for each influencer from here.
Filtering By Tags and/or Campaigns
Use the filter button to configure your view and see influencers across several campaigns and with specific tags
Click Reset to clear your choices.
Note: When filtering by campaign, you can now see the influencer status and take both individual and bulk actions.
