FAQs

What Information Does Email Integration Access & Store?

Klear’s email integration provides access to basic account information, such as your primary email address and any personal details you’ve made publicly available.

When you integrate your email, Klear stores your email address and emails sent through the platform and directly replies to those emails (only with Full Access). We do not access your entire inbox or sync in conversations not initiated through Klear.

What are the daily send limits?

Email clients (Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft 365, etc.) have daily sending limits to keep systems healthy and accounts safe and prevent the use of their services for sending spam, phishing attempts, and scams. If an email address sends more emails than the daily limit, it may be marked as spam. To ensure email accounts aren’t flagged as spam, Klear allows sending up to 300 emails daily via the Klear platform. If you attempt to send more than 300 emails from an email address in a day, the remaining emails will go into a queue and be scheduled for the next available day.

The 300/day limit is per integrated email address, so accounts with two email addresses can send 600 emails, 300 from each email address. Klear will not automatically split the number of outbound emails amongst the integrated email addresses - you must make the selection.

If the queue is full, scheduled emails will be prioritized in the following order:

  1. Campaign invites

  2. Recruit approve email

  3. Mass outreach campaigns

  4. Recruit decline emails
