Difficulty connecting LinkedIn to Engage?

Ensure your LinkedIn user has the Designated Admin level page role on the LinkedIn company page you are trying to connect. If your user is any other level, you will be unable to connect. User levels can be found here -https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/4783

How can I check if Engage has access to my LinkedIn page?

  1. Click the Me icon at the top of your LinkedIn homepage.

  2. Select Settings & Privacy from the dropdown.

  3. Click the Data Privacy section on the left rail.

  4. Under the Other applications section, click Change next to Permitted services.

  5. Verify the app Engage Connect is present, with all permissions granted.
