The Campaigns Overview Page is your centralized hub for managing and monitoring all your influencer marketing campaigns in one place. Whether you're running a handful of campaigns or scaling across markets and product lines, this page helps you stay organized and surface insights that matter most to your business.

This article will cover:

Switching Between Grid View and Table View

Klear offers two flexible views to fit different workflows:

  • Grid View: Ideal for setup and organization. Use it to quickly access campaign actions like editing, archiving, or adding labels.

  • Table View: Designed for performance analysis. See campaign KPIs like posts, engagement, reach, and EMV in one place.

To analyze and compare performance across campaigns, switch to Table View using the layout toggle at the top of the page.

From Table View, you can sort by any column and apply powerful filters to uncover time-specific insights.

Using the Time Frame Filter

With the Time Frame Filter, you can tailor your view to focus on performance from the last week, month, quarter, half-year, or year, or the campaign’s default timeframe. This makes it easy to compare campaigns consistently and surface time-specific insights.

To use the Time Frame Filter, follow these steps:

  1. Click Campaigns in the top toolbar

  2. Select the Table View

  3. Select the Time Frame filter drop-down

  4. Select a time frame

Your performance data will refresh immediately, giving you a focused view across campaigns for the selected timeframe.

Filtering Campaign Performance by Labels

Labels allow you to group campaigns by region, theme, product, or any custom category, making it easier to filter and compare performance.

While in table view on the Campaigns homepage, select one or multiple labels from the Labels drop-down to see the aggregated performance metrics across multiple campaigns.

To filter by multiple labels, follow these steps:

  1. Click Campaigns in the top toolbar

  2. Select the Labels drop-down

  3. Select any existing labels or use the search bar to find specific ones, or select + Add New Label to create a new one.
