Why An Article May Be Missing
There are a few reasons why an article may not appear or is missing from your results. The most common is due to your search settings:
Keywords: Articles that haven't filtered into a search folder using keywords could be the result of too restrictive boolean, possible mis-spelling, or a missing keyword. Boolean searches are particularly prone to this as they typically have many criteria that require matching.
Date range: The date range can be adjusted, so ensure it includes the date of the article you are looking for.
Source Type: The source type chosen for the search determines what publications you’re searching against. Check the source type your missing article or hit may be coming from.
