To use DALL-E in Conversations, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Engage drop-down in the left-hand navigation bar

  2. Click Conversations

  3. Navigate to an engagement you want to add a comment or reply to

  4. Click Add asset

    Note: This is only available for Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter)).

  5. Click DALL-E

  6. Add a prompt

  7. Click Generate Images

  8. To regenerate images, select Regenerate images

  9. Select the check box in the top left-hand corner of the image(s) you want to add

  10. Click View/Edit Selected

  11. Click Upload

  12. Your image(s) will now be included in the comment or reply

Using AI Writing Assistant in Conversations

To use the AI Writing Assistant in Conversations, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Engage drop-down in the left-hand navigation bar

  2. Click Conversations

  3. Navigate to an engagement you want to add a comment or reply to

  4. Click AI Assistant

  5. Click Create Variations, Improve Grammar, or Make more engaging under the original text

  6. The AI Assistant also includes five optimizations:

    1. Change Tone

    2. Translate

    3. Improve Writing

    4. Social Variations

    5. Marketing Models

  7. Once you’ve found a variation you want to use, click Use this version

  8. Click Use selected text

  9. The new text will now populate in the comment or reply

When data is inputted to the writing assistant, it is transferred to OpenAi and Microsoft for processing.
