When does my subscription expire?

On your previous contract, the subscription end date will be located in the bill of materials table, referenced to as the ‘end date’.


Does Meltwater provide auto-renewals?

Yes! Meltwater has a robust auto renewal program which helps to reduce the administrative and time burden during an annual renewal cycle. We enable an auto-renewal opt-in at point of subscription expiration. Auto-renewal is a renewal billing mechanism in which a customer's subscription to a service is automatically renewed at the end of your existing agreement.


Can I modify or cancel my auto-renewal agreement?

Yes, Meltwater enables the ability to modify or cancel an existing auto-renewal contract. Please note, unless an auto-renewal contract is canceled at least 60 days before the end of the term, this Agreement will automatically renew for the same subscription length at Meltwater’s then standard price


How do I renew my subscription?

To renew, please reach out to your Customer Success Resource to walk through the purchasing options suited best for your requirements.


What contract is used for the renewal?

Your existing contract can be extended for the renewal period.


What happens if I choose not to renew?

When your subscription expires, your access to Meltwater will be suspended after the subscription end date.


What happens if I don’t renew on time? Can I renew if my contract has expired?

When your subscription expires, your access to Meltwater will be suspended after the subscription expiration date. To resubscribe at a later date, please contact your Customer Success Executive or Account Executive. A new contract would be needed if you choose to again subscribe to the Meltwater suite of solutions.


Can I change product types at point of renewal?

There may be scenarios that a change in subscription type is available to you. Please contact your Customer Success Executive for more details as there are subscription conversion requirements.


Will my price change at point of renewal?

Yes. Every year our platform and service evolves, as a direct result of enhanced products that are more robust than ever, our customers can expect a rate increase at point of each annual renewal.


Can I renew for greater than 12 months?

Yes! Our standard contract term length is 36 months with our minimum contract length is 12 months. For additional questions around term length options, please reach out to your Customer Success Executive or Account Executive.


Can I add Premium Support to my upcoming Renewal contract?

Absolutely! For additional detail on Meltwater’s Premium Support offering, please utilize the Premium Support landing page or reach out directly to your Customer Success Executive.


What invoice & payment terms can I expect at the point of renewal?

Our standard payment terms are Net30, invoiced annually.
