What's the value?

Reporting is often a manual and time-intensive process, and looming deadlines and a demanding audience add pressure and stress. Time spent on reporting is time not spent on strategy and working with the media. To help you get back to what matters, we’ve built a new solution that lets you create dynamic, earned media reports aided by AI to compile, narrate, and share reports efficiently with your stakeholders.

With our upgraded Insight Reports and Comparative Template, you can create reports that demonstrate the ROI of PR efforts or compare them to others in your landscape in just a few minutes. Simply add coverage from a search or a tag to generate a report. Easily apply edits to make it your own deliverable that you can share with your stakeholders.

  • Streamlined Coverage Curation: You can now discover, sort, hide, and modify earned media coverage without leaving the reporting workflow. This makes it easier to eliminate irrelevant coverage and present accurate results you want to highlight to your stakeholders.

  • Preferred Downloading Options: Downloading Insight Reports to your preferred format has never been easier. You no longer need to take screenshots and manually combine them with your master presentations. Download options include Google Slides, PowerPoint, PDF, and a dynamic report link.

  • Sentiment analysis (AI-powered summarization): Automatically highlight key themes that drove your positive and negative coverage. Sentiment Analysis shows examples of aggregated terms, news, competitors, and industry insights in each sentiment category.

  • Data-rich reports you don’t have to dread building, and stakeholders look forward to reading. With the ability to modify text directly in the slide to highlight key messages, you can now easily let your own tone and style be reflected in the reports generated in Meltwater.
