Universal Login Overview

If you have any combination of Meltwater, Klear, and Radarly, you can access all of your apps with one set of credentials.

You’ll also be able to use the App Switcher also know as the More from Meltwater dropdown on the top right navigation bar to seamlessly switch between platforms. If you don’t have access to all of these tools, you can still use the App Switcher to learn more about products that might be useful for you.

Using the Universal Login

You can use the same credentials for Meltwater, Klear, and Radarly, depending on which products are part of your subscription. You can also switch seamlessly between the apps via the App Switcher.

What is Universal Login?

Universal login supports one unified set of credentials for all three apps (Meltwater, Klear, and Radarly) for users with individual entitlements.

Does this mean there will be one login page for all the applications owned by Meltwater?

For now, login pages remain separate.

What if I forget my username or password and need access to one of the applications?

You can reset your password by clicking ‘Forgot Password” from any of the log-in pages.

What happens if I log in through Google?

For Google login from Klear - it shouldn't impact your workflow. If you have a Meltwater app login + Klear login and click "login with Google" on the Klear page, it will still automatically log you in without any interruption to workflow.
