If you need help right now, our live support team is ready to assist you directly within the Meltwater app.

Here's how to contact them:

  1. Click on the Chat Bubble located in the bottom right-hand corner

  2. Select Messages

  3. Click Ask a question

  4. Select I want to talk with Mel

  5. Type your question or issue

  6. You will typically receive a response within minutes and can continue the chat within the chat function

Note: To review your previous communications with our team, simply revisit the Chat Bubble and check under Messages.


Email Support: 24/7 Access to Our Product Experts

Prefer to communicate via email? Our product support team is available around the clock. Just send your inquiries to help@meltwater.com, and we'll get back to you promptly.

The more information you provide, the faster we will be able to respond, here are some points to include in your email:
