Dashboard Reports are automated emails designed to keep you up-to-date with the latest findings from your Classic Dashboards. Only users on the Meltwater account can receive dashboard reports.

  • Unsubscribing from a Dashboard Report

  • Re-subscribing to a Dashboard Report

Before Creating a Dashboard Report

Dashboard Reports are also powered by your Explore searches. Once you've created a search, you will now need to create a Classic dashboard. After creating a Classic dashboard, you can create an automated Dashboard Report. Learn more about Classic Dashboards.

Viewing a Dashboard Report

Dashboard reports are delivered directly to your email inbox. These emails come from report@reports.meltwater.com. If you are not receiving dashboard reports, learn more about Email Deliverability Troubleshooting.

Unsubscribing from a Dashboard Report

Recipients can easily opt out of receiving Dashboard Reports. To unsubscribe, click the unsubscribe button found at the bottom of each email.

Note: You are not able to remove the Unsubscribe link from the Dashboard Report

  • Once a user unsubscribes, they won't receive future editions of the report, and they will be removed from the recipient list.

  • Users who unsubscribe will receive a confirmation email acknowledging their successful opt-out.

Re-subscribing from a Dashboard Report

If someone unsubscribes by mistake and wants to rejoin, the report needs to be edited. To re-add a recipient follow the below steps:

  1. Go to the Report drop-down in the left-hand navigation bar

  2. Select Dashboard reports

  3. Hover over the report you want to add a recipient to. Select the pencil icon

  4. Scroll to the bottom

  5. Add the recipient(s) in the Select recipients section
