Prerequisites
To manage brand partnerships and campaigns in Klear you will need to ensure you have an active email address and an Instagram Creator/Business account linked to your Klear account.
Receiving and Accepting a Campaign Invite
To get started collaborating on a brand partnership in Klear you will need to receive, view, and accept the campaign invite. If you are new to Klear this may require you to create a Klear account, continue reading below for step-by-step instructions to help you get started on the platform.
To view and accept your campaign invite:
Open the campaign invitation
Click View the Brief at the bottom of the campaign invitation email
After selecting View The Brief will be able to view the high-level details of the campaign and move forward with accepting the invitation.
Click Join This Campaign
If you do not already have a Klear account you will need to create an account before accepting the invitation. This is an easy process that can be completed in 5-10 minutes.
1. You can sign in with an existing Klear account if you have already created one
2. You can create a new Klear account
3. You can Continue As A Guest and verify your email to access the campaign portal without creating an account
You now have full access to the campaign and can view the brief and gain a complete understanding of the campaign objectives and requirements.
Click Your Requirements to view the content you will be expected to post, accept gifted products from the brand, and details on payment (if applicable)
In Your Requirements, you will also find information that the brand needs from you such as shipping address, contact details, and preferred method of payment.
Messaging
The Messaging Tab allows you to see what steps you have taken in the campaign process. In the Messaging tab, you can also manage all communications with a brand such as questions about the campaign, updates, and collaboration details.
To View and Send Messages in your Campaign:
Select the relevant campaign from your Klear Homepage Dashboard
Click the Messaging Tab once in the campaign
Click Enter Message to send communication directly to the brand you have partnered with.
Uploading Content for Approval
The brand you’ve partnered with may opt to preview your content before it is posted and either approve or decline it based on the campaign requirements. Within your campaign, you can easily upload pictures and videos that will be sent directly to the brand for approval. In the content approval portion of the campaign, you will be able to track all feedback, comments, and suggestions offered by the brand related to a specific piece of content.
To Upload Content for Approval:
Select the relevant campaign from your Klear Homepage Dashboard
Click the Content Approval tab
Click Upload New Post
Click Add File to upload the content
Click Select Network to specify what social media network the content will posted on
Click into the Post Text box to enter the copy for the post you will be uploading.
Click Send for Approval
Measuring Your Campaign Performance
The Measure tab allows you to keep track of your content performance for a specific campaign. You will be able to see track engagement metrics for each post, sales generated by tracking links or coupon codes, and overall campaign analytics.
To View Campaign Performance
Select the relevant campaign from your Klear Homepage Dashboard
Click the Measure Tab once in the campaign
Click on a specific piece of content to see engagement metrics for that post
Troubleshooting
Click the Need Help button at the top right-hand side of your Klear home screen to talk with a product expert who can with any questions you may have.
