Special process for Instagram:
To enable the tracking on your Instagram account, it has to be a Business or Creator Account, it also needs to be attached to a Facebook page. You should first plug the Facebook page into Radarly, then plug the Instagram account.

  1. Make sure that your Instagram account is associated with a Facebook page.

  2. Make sure that you have admin access to that Facebook page.

  3. If the Facebook page associated with your Instagram Business Account is already plugged in Radarly, then unplug it from Radarly to refresh the authorizations.

  4. Plug the Facebook page associated with your Instagram business account in the settings of your project. Be careful – if you are the administrator of several Facebook pages, make sure to select the right Facebook pages linked to your Instagram business account.

  5. Plug your Instagram business account in the settings of your Radarly project.
