What can I use it for?

The Report Builder enables you to export statistics of a workspace on a selected period in PowerPoint format.
You can easily export all the tiles in the Analytics Details as a professional-quality slideshow.
You can choose to:

  • Generate a one-time report

  • Set a recurring report which will be automatically sent by email

How to access the Report Builder

Option 1:
Click the icon Report Builder on the header.

Option 2:
Click on the exports drop-down on the Posts & Analytics page and select Export statistics in the PPT format.

Create a one-time report?

The one-time report allows you to export the statistics over a given period of time and on a non-recurring basis.

  1. Select a workspace you want to export among the workspaces of the project through the drop-down.

  2. You can edit the title and subtitle of your report, choose the color of the cover slide, and the header of the other slides in the PowerPoint. By default, the color will be blue.

  3. Select all available filters to customize your export through the drop-down filters.

  4. You can choose to include or not certain queries details in your report.

  5. Select the language of the export, among the English, French, German, and Chinese.

  6. Choose the criteria to sort your Top Posts (Engagement score, Impressions, Estimated Reach), and Top Influencers (Nb of Posts, Page Rank, Impressions, Estimated Reach).

  7. Select the period for which you want to export statistics.

Set a recurring report sent by email

Scheduled reports allow you to receive statistics automatically by email. These reports are saved in the Planned Reports tab.

Before entering the email of people you want to send your report you have to choose between three frequencies:

Daily

The statistics will be exported from the previous day to the day of mailing.
Example: If your daily report is scheduled for 11:00 am on Tuesday, it will include all the statistics from 11:00 am Monday to 11:00 am Tuesday.

Weekly

The statistics exported will be those of the 7 previous days to the moment of mailing.
Example: If your weekly report is scheduled for 11:00 am every Tuesday, it will include all the statistics from 11:00 am last Tuesday until 11:00 am this Tuesday.

Monthly

The statistics exported will be those of the previous month, from the first to the last day. Here, the sending time does not affect the exported data.
Example: If your monthly report is scheduled for 11:00 am on any day in February, you will receive the report including the statistics from January 1st to 31st at 11:00 am on the scheduled day.

Note
For daily reports, you can choose to group reports on weekend days (recipients will receive a single report for the weekend: the statistics in the report will be cumulative statistics of Friday, Saturday & Sunday)

Customize your report

You can now choose the slides you want to integrate into your reports, one-time or recurring. The button for selecting or deselecting slides is located in the Report Builder > Slides Preview > On the left of the slides.

By default, all slides are selected.

To go further and include your Social Performance in the report

You can export the statistics of your Social Performance and those of your competitors. Activate this section and select the desired accounts to be able to export them.
