The Coverage Review feature allows you to create and share a selection of posts captured by Radarly. It is a synthesis of posts captured on a given topic or by different queries in your workspace.

The Coverage Review is generated in PDF format or via a permalink. You can share it with any recipient (Radarly user or not).

Accessing the Coverage Review

You can access the editing page of Coverage Review through the coverage review button on the header.

There are two types of Coverage Reviews available from the drop-down menu:

Manual:

The manual coverage review allows you to export publications over a period for one time.

Planned:

The planned coverage review allows you to receive publications automatically via email.


Generating a Coverage Review

To create a Coverage Review, click on the drop-down and select the Manual tab or the Planned tab, and type the name of the new coverage review & validate by clicking on the + button.

To edit a Coverage Review, click on the Coverage Review you want to configure from the drop-down list Manual or Planned.

Once your manual Coverage Review review is set up, click and generate to download your coverage review in PDF format or access to HTML. You can also send it by email.
For the planned review, click save to program sending your next review by email.

Available Options:

Logo

Will be displayed on the cover and on the header of each page of the Coverage Review.

Title

Will be displayed on the cover and on the header of each page of the Coverage Review.

Subtitle

Will be displayed on the cover under the title. it is optional.

Colour

The Coverage Review will be displayed in the selected color.

Time period

Will be displayed on the cover.

Sorting possibilities

You can sort the posts randomly or by date, virality score, engagement actions, estimated reach, impressions, within each platform & each section of the coverage review.

Language

Choose the language in which you want to export the coverage review. Please note that only the titles of elements will be translated, the posts will not be.

Sections

You can manage the order of the created sections by drag-dropping the sections. You can also create a new section, or delete an existing section.

Available Options for the planned Coverage Review:

Number of posts

You can choose a limit to the number of publications export. You can add up to 500 posts in a Coverage Review.

Frequency

  • Daily: you select the hour of the sending, and group the sending of Saturday, Sunday, Monday to a unique sending.

  • Weekly: you can select the weekday & the hour of the sending.

  • Monthly: you can select the hour of the sending, and the reporting is sent on the first day of each month.

Recipients list

You can fill out recipient's email address (Radarly user or not).


Adding a Post to a Coverage Review

When you hover over a post, you can add it to an existing Coverage Review by clicking on the title and selecting an existing Coverage Review in the drop-down.

Or you can directly create a new Coverage Review by typing the name of the Coverage Review and validating it by clicking on the + button.


Deleting a Coverage Review

Click on the drop-down and select the planned tab, then click on the Coverage Review you would like to delete. Then click on the delete button to delete the Coverage Review.
