On the Live streams page, you can monitor all publications matching your queries in real-time.

The page is fully customizable per user. Each user will decide how many streams he or she will watch and what kind of content he or she wants to follow: a campaign, an event, a product launch or a real-time crisis.

This article will cover:

Creating a Live Stream

Click on Add a stream and select the queries you wish to view.

A large variety of highly precise filter criteria are available to obtain only the relevant data needed. Filters can be individually set up by users and do not have an impact on the data used for the workspace (for example: specific platforms such as Twitter or Facebook, country or language etc.).

Once you have selected your criteria, you can set up your stream by clicking on Apply current filters. This way, you can add a variety of specific columns to monitor data, such as corporate topics, management, financial issues or crisis topics.

Note: This set of filter options is also available on all other pages of the Listening part of Radarly to help you drill down into the data.

Tagging Posts and Influencers

On the Live Streams page, it is possible to react in real-time by tagging the information (attribute keywords, sentiment…)

Click on a publication in the list of posts to open the tagging grid:

Open an influencer's card

Influencer's card can be accessed and modified from the live streams page, by clicking the author's name for each post.

Personalization

Wider columns
There are other customization options, such as adjusting the size of the columns.

Block automatic scrolling
If necessary, you can block the appearance of new publications to facilitate your navigation in this stream.
