Charts Card

KPI Tile

This card allows you to display the score of a metric and, optionally,
the chart of this metric over time.

Option available for this card :

  • Card Scope (period + filters)

  • Metric (Posts, Posts & reposts, Estimated reach, Engagement)

  • Evolution: compared to the previous period / compared to the same period of the previous year/ none

  • Display a sparkline (yes/no)

  • Custom color of the sparkline

Line chart

This card allows you to display a line chart of the chosen metric over time. Another line of the previous period (or the same period of the previous year) can also be displayed on the same chart.

Option available for this card :

  • Card Scope (period + filters)

  • Metric (Posts, Posts & reposts, Estimated reach, Engagement)

  • Comparison line : previous period / same period of the previous year/ none

  • Custom color of the sparkline

Double time chart

This card allows you to display a bar chart of posts (or posts and reposts) combined with a line chart of reach or engagement.

Option available for this card :

  • Card Scope (period + filters)

  • Bar chart metric (Posts, Posts & Reposts)

  • Line chart metric (Estimated reach, Engagement actions)

Horizontal bar chart

This card allows you to display the values of a specific attribute in the chosen metric in a horizontal bar chart.

Option available for this card :

  • Card Scope (period + filters)

  • Analyzed attribute (Platform, Sentiment, query…)

  • Chart Metric (Posts, Posts & reposts, Estimated reach, Engagement)

  • Displayed values (raw values or percentages)

  • Evolution : compared to the previous period / compared to the same period of the previous year/ none

  • Display a secondary value (only available when no evolution is displayed, choices: raw values, percentages, none)

  • Custom color

  • Bars ranking (by value, by name, by default)

Pie Chart

This card allows you to display the percentages of the values of a specific attribute in the chosen metric in a pie chart.

Option available for this card :

  • Card Scope (period + filters)

  • Analyzed attribute (Platform, Sentiment, query…)

  • Chart Metric (Posts, Posts & reposts, Estimated reach, Engagement)

Multiple line chart

This card allows you to display multiple values for a specific attribute and visualize them via several lines in a chart.

  • Analyzed attribute (Platform, Sentiment, query…)

  • Chart Metric (Posts, Posts & reposts, Estimated reach, Engagement or Review Rating)

Stacked Bar chart

This card allows you to display the distribution over time of the values of a specific attribute in the chosen metric.

Option available for this card :

  • Card Scope (period + filters)

  • Analyzed attribute (Platform, Sentiment, query…)

  • Chart Metric (Posts, Posts & reposts, Estimated reach, Engagement)

  • Normalized bar ( Yes/No). Notice that if activated, all bars have the same heigh

Horizontal stacked Bar Chart

This card allows you to cross the values of 2 specifics attributes in the chosen metric in a stacked bar chart.

Option available for this card :

  • Card Scope (period + filters)

  • Chart Metric (Posts, Posts & reposts, Estimated reach, Engagement or Review ratings)

  • Attribute used for the list of bars ( Query, Platform, Sentiment, …), one bar is displayed per value

  • Attribute used for the distribution of each bar (Platform, Sentiment…)

  • Ranking (by default, by name, custom)

  • Value used for custom ranking (only available if Ranking = custom).

Bubble Chart

This card allows you to display in a Bubble chart the values of an attribute in 3 metrics at the same time.

Option available for this card :

  • Card Scope (period + filters)

  • Analyzed attribute (Platform, Sentiment…)

  • Metrics:

  1. Bubbles size (Volume of Posts or Volume of Posts & Reposts)

  2. X-axis (Estimated Reach)

  3. Y-axis (Engagement)

Scatter Plot

This card allows you to display in a Scatter plot the values of an attribute in 2 metrics at the same time.

Option available for this card:

  • Card Scope (period + filters)

  • Analyzed attribute (Platform, Sentiment…)

  • Metrics:

    1. Metric 1 : X-Axis (Estimated Reach)

    2. Metric 2 : Y-Axis (Engagement)

Word cloud

This card allows you to visualize in a word cloud the values of an attribute with the most occurrences.

Option available for this card :

  • Card Scope (period + filters)

  • Analyzed attribute (Hashtags, emojis, keywords, platforms, …)

  • Chart Metrics (Posts, Posts & Reposts, Estimated Reach, Engagement)

  • Custom color

Demographics Chart

This card allows you to visualize the repartition of the authors of posts by their age and gender.

Option available for this card :

  • Card Scope (period + filters)

  • Analyzed attribute (Age & Gender)

  • Chart Metrics (Posts, Posts & Reposts, Estimated Reach, Engagement)

Map

This card allows you to visualize where are geolocated the authors of posts at different scales.(worldwide, countrywide, city-wide).

Option available for this card :

  • Card Scope (period + filters)

  • Analyzed attribute (Countries, Regions, Towns)

  • Chart Metrics (Posts, Posts & Reposts, Estimated Reach, Engagement)

  • Values relative to countries population (only available if the analyzed attribute is “countries”)

  • Custom color

Ranking card

Top authors

This card allows you to display a list of sources ranked by the chosen metric. The number of displayed influencers is limited to 20.

Top posts

This card allows you to display a list of posts ranked by the chosen metric. The number of displayed posts is unlimited (infinite scroll).

Option available for this card :

  • Card Scope (period + filters)

  • Sorting Metric (Number of posts, Estimated reach, Engagement)

Picture wall

This card allows you to display in a mosaic the pictures of a list of posts ranked by the chosen metric. The number of displayed pictures is limited to 200.
