Selection of a project / workspace / query

Open the drop-down panel available in the header navigation bar (1), then :

To switch to another project / workspace:

  • First, select the project on the left column (2)

  • Then, select the workspace on the right column (3)

To search for a project / workspace:

  • Enter the name of the project/workspace or the name of the workspace's project in the search field (4)

  • Click on the workspace in the results list (3)

To search for a query:

  • Enter the name of the query in the search field (4)

  • Click on the queries tab (5)

  • Click on the query to switch to its workspace and visualize it in the Posts & Analytics page


The workspace homepage

The left column

The elements of the workspace are listed in the left column:

  • Queries (1)

  • Owned social accounts (if any) (2)

  • Benchmark entities (if any) (3)

  • Click on More to display all the queries (4)

Listening section (5)

By default, only the main pages are displayed:

  • Overview

  • Post & Analytics

  • Influencers


Click on the Advanced button (6) to display all the listening pages.

Social Performance section

This section is displayed only when there is at least one owned social account or one benchmark entity in the workspace.


Filter data

Open the search and filters bar with:

  • A full page to easily preview available filters

  • A category "Main Filter" with the filters the most used by the users

  • A clear preview of the activated filters

Live counter of the number of posts returned by the filters:

Save combinations of filters:

To save a created combo of filters you can use:

  • The dedicated menu (displayed on the left of the filters preview)

  • The button ‘save current filters’ at the bottom on the left of the new panel

Note:

  • At the user level: User A and User B work on the same workspace. User A has registered a combination of filters, User B does not see the filters registered by User A and vice versa

  • At the workspace level: User A is working on workspace 1 and has saved a combination of filters. User B goes to workspace 2 and he can not see the filters embedded in workspace 1

You can change your saved combinations at any time using the dedicated menu. This menu is displayed on the left of the filter preview. In this menu, you can:

  • Edit the name of the combinations

  • Edit the filters saved in the combination

  • Replace a combination of filters

  • Delete a combination of filters


To switch to a different section of a page

You will find the standard menu in the header of Radarly. It is the same on each page and its structure follows the same structure as the workspace homepage:

  • Overview

  • Posts & analytics

  • Influencers

  • Live Streams

  • Clusters

  • Youtube Analytics

  • Content Landscape

  • Image Clusters

Social Performance

  • My Accounts

  • Benchmark

Note
On the homepage, the Social Performance section and its two pages are only displayed if it is activated in the workspace.


Help section

A drop-down menu that gives you access to the list of Radarly keyboard shortcuts, redirects you to our Help Center or takes you to our company website.


Profile Panel

Manage your personal settings and customize your Radarly (theme, language, time zone...)


Quick access

Access other functionalities presented below:

Report builder:

Export statistics of a workspace for a selected period of time as a PowerPoint document.

Coverage Review:

Select and share a selection of posts captured by Radarly through a PDF file or permalink.

Blocked authors:
You can view and unblock authors that have been previously blocked.

Deleted posts:
You can view and restore deleted posts (the bin is automatically emptied every 30 days).

Influencer groups:

You can view the influencer groups that you created in your project and create a new influencer group.

Milestones:
You can view the milestones you created and create a new milestone.

Settings:
If you have administrator access, you can find the project settings here (General info, Queries, Instagram hashtag search, Corpus, Geolocation, Social Accounts, Tagging Grid, Workspace, Benchmark, Users, and Alerts).

Alerts:
If you have a reader or editor access to the project, you can directly access alerts here to receive email notifications.
