With so many moving pieces involved with influencer campaigns, it’s easy for some details to get lost in the shuffle. Between managing hundreds of influencers, evaluating results, and strategizing your next campaign, days can quickly fly by. While you don’t always have the time to touch base with each of your creators every day, a simple reminder can go a long way in making sure your campaign stays on track. To help manage this process for you, Klear has launched new automated reminder emails for influencers.
How does it work?
In the connect tab of your campaign, click on the Brief tab and toggle on “deliverables” within the campaign requirements. From here, a pop-up will appear giving you the option to enable reminders. Check the checkbox to notify influencers, and hit the “Enable” button. This will activate two types of templated communication that will automatically be sent to influencers. These reminders will be tied to the deliverables and due dates you assigned separately, so remember to set those in the manage tab of your campaign.
The first reminder will be sent 2 days before the due date.
If the influencer has missed the deliverable date, a second reminder will be sent the following day. Klear will also send an email to you if influencers didn’t publish their deliverables on time. You will get one email with a list of the influencers that had content due the day before, so you can follow up with them and check why they didn’t post.
