Below is a step-by-step guide on how to connect your Instagram Accounts to Klear. Connecting your business account will enable you to track tagged posts, @handle mentions, stories, insights, and demographics. These will enhance your campaign tracking, brand monitoring and real-time notifications on Klear.

Before Connecting
Before getting started on connecting your Instagram account to Klear you must make sure that:
Your Instagram account is a Business/Creator account. If you’re using a personal Instagram account, follow this guide to convert.
Your account is connected to a Facebook page that has a username set up.
You are logging in as the Facebook user with admin rights to the Facebook page your Instagram is connected to.
Connecting Instagram to Klear
Log in to your Klear account and go to Settings.
Switch to the Integrations tab and select Instagram Business. Then click Sign in with Facebook to begin the connection process.
Facebook Login - If you are not logged in to Facebook on the same browser, you will be asked to log in. Make sure you are logging in to the account that has admin rights to the Facebook Page your Instagram account is connected to. If you are currently logged in to Facebook on the same browser, make sure it is the correct account and click Continue as.
Select the Instagram account you wish to connect to Klear and click Next.
Select the Facebook page that is linked to the Instagram account you wish to connect to Klear.
Note: To get the relevant access to the Instagram accounts selected in the previous step, you will need to connect to the Facebook page.
Permissions - Make sure all permissions are activated and click Done.
Finish - Click OK. You will be redirected back to the Klear Settings page.
Now that you are connected, the Instagram Creator button should appear blue and both your Instagram and Facebook accounts should be listed below. Make sure to select the Instagram and Facebook accounts you would like connected to your account.

Troubleshooting
Connecting your Creator/Business Instagram account to a Facebook Page:
Open the Instagram app on your phone and go to your Profile by selecting the profile icon in the bottom-right corner.
Click Edit Profile.
Under Business/Profile Information, click Page
Select the correct page
Click Done
Note: Your account must be set as a Business/Creator account before you can connect it to a Facebook Page.
Make sure your Facebook user has admin rights to the page you are trying to connect.
Go to your Facebook page and click Settings.
Select Page Roles from the left-side menu.
If you have admin rights, you will see your name listed as a page admin.
Make sure your Facebook page is connected to your Instagram account.
Go to your Facebook page and click Settings.
Switch to the Instagram tab from the left-side menu.
Your Instagram account details will show whether the page and the account are connected.
You should also find the Instagram account under the Page Roles tab if connected.
