The Publish tab is where you will find the Calendar and Feed views of your outgoing owned posts in Engage. From the Calendar view, you can easily identify potential gaps in your content calendar and copy or edit scheduled drafts and posts. From the Feed view, you can edit drafts, duplicate posts, and review multi-media attachments.

To learn how to publish content in Engage, check out this dedicated article.

Calendar View

The Calendar view shows you all of your scheduled drafts, scheduled posts, and sent (delivered) posts. *Please note that as of October 27th, 2021, scheduled drafts are now an available option!

The calendar will default to the week view in the timezone set in your profile settings, but you can easily see your calendar for a month or for a single day. Use the account picker to select the handles you would like to see, it will default to all handles selected.

Each post or draft will have its own box on the day and time that it was posted or is scheduled to post. If 4 or more posts are scheduled for the same time, they will be grouped together with a “see all” button, which will take you to the day view.

You can easily identify the state of a post based on the color in the heading of the post. A legend at the bottom of the calendar identifies each color.

Selecting a message will show you the Message Details, where you can review the status, content, and tags. You can also see the details of the post, such as when it was created and by who. For scheduled posts and drafts, you can delete or edit the message.

In order to move a scheduled draft into a scheduled post, you'll simply need to hit the 'edit' button and change the scheduling status found at step 3 of the scheduling workflow.

Feed View

In the upper left-hand corner of the page, you can toggle to the Feed view.

From the Feed view, you can see Scheduled posts, scheduled and unscheduled Drafts, and Sent messages via three separate tabs.

Similar to the Calendar view, you can use the account picker to select the handles you would like to see. You can also select the date range of content you would like to view. Use the Sort button to sort your posts in chronological or reverse chronological order.

Under the three-dot menu next to any post select “clone and edit” to create a new, duplicate message. This will open the Publisher, where you can select the social handles, edit the copy, and schedule your new post.

Scheduled

Under the Scheduled tab, you can see all of your content that has been scheduled (note that scheduled drafts will appear under the 'Drafts' tab). When viewing the Scheduled tab, be sure the date range is set to a future state, such as “Next 30 days”.

From the content stream, you can review your scheduled posts copy and multi-media attachments such as photos or videos. Select the three-dot menu to edit your message, clone and edit your message or delete your message.

Drafts

Under the Drafts tab, you can see all of your content that has been drafted, both scheduled, and unscheduled message types. When viewing the Drafts tab and looking for unscheduled drafts, be sure the date range is set to a past state, such as “Last 30 days”, as unscheduled drafts are saved with their “created on” date. Looking at a future date range will only surface scheduled drafts set for a future date.

From the content stream, you can review your draft posts and multi-media attachments such as photos or videos. Select the three-dot menu to edit your message, clone and edit your message, or delete your message. You can also move your draft out of the draft status by navigating to the third step of the post creation phase and selecting either 'Post now' or 'Select date and time'.

Sent

Under the Sent tab, you can see all of your content that has been posted. When viewing the Sent tab, be sure the date range is set to a past state, such as “Last 30 days”.

From the content stream, you can view your posted copy and multi-media attachments such as photos or videos. Select the three-dot menu to clone and edit your message.
