Meltwater provides data and information about whether the newsletter was successfully delivered, if the recipient opened it, and if the recipient clicked anything in the newsletter.

Initial Analytics Set-Up
Sending newsletters through Meltwater allows you to access comprehensive analytics. These insights can help you better understand your audience, gauge the effectiveness of your content, and make data-driven decisions to enhance engagement rates.
Note: If you send newsletters from your personal email, we cannot track those analytics.
Before sending newsletters, you first need to verify your email and set yourself up as an approved sender. Follow the below steps to do so:
Select the Account drop-down on the left-hand navigation bar
Select Approved Senders
Click Add new email account
Fill in all required fields identified by an *
Select Save
Click OK
Navigate to your email inbox and open the confirmation email from Meltwater
Click Confirm Email
You will then be brought back to the Approved sender section in your Meltwater account in a new tab

Finding and Viewing Your Newsletter Analytics
Now that you're added as an approved sender and are sending newsletters like a pro, it's time to dive deeper and explore the rich analytics Meltwater offers. These insights are crucial for understanding your audience's engagement and refining your strategy for even better results.
To find your Newsletter analytics, follow these steps:
Click Newsletters on the left-hand navigation bar
Navigate to the version of newsletters you’ve been sending
Click View all
Select the Newsletter you want to view analytics for
In a new pop-up, all distributions of that newsletter will populate
Hover over a specific distribution
Select the kebab menu
Click Analytics
