Now that you've set up monitoring searches, tailoring notifications of the latest news to your business needs can ensure that you’re the first to know about any crisis development.

  • To set up push notifications on your mobile via the Meltwater App, check out our how-to guide article here.

Email Digest Reports

During periods of breaking news, we recommend setting up a news digest report specifically for the topic rather than combining the results with your existing daily reports. This can help to keep the topic front of mind and allow you to easily share a concise report with others if needed.

Recommended Digest Report types during a crisis are:

  • Instant Notifications with a new email for each article, post or broadcast clip

  • Daily Digest which can be customized to distribute emails up to twice daily

Please follow this product tutorial to create a news Digest Report. When selecting your input, select the Coronavirus searches you made previously.
