Analyze: Adding, Editing, and Deleting Filters in Your Unified Dashboard

There are two ways you can add filters to your Unified Dashboard: either on an individual widget or on the entire dashboard.

Adding, Editing, and Deleting Filters to an Individual Widget

  1. Click Analyze in the left-hand navigation bar

  2. Open an existing dashboard or create a new one

  3. Click Edit in the top right-hand corner

  4. To add a filter to an individual widget

    1. Navigate to the widget you want to add a filter to

    2. Click the gear icon

    3. Select Edit widget

    4. The preview-view will pop up, click Add filter in the top left-hand corner

    5. Select your filters

    6. Click OK

  5. To edit a filter on an individual widget

    1. Navigate to the widget you want to edit

    2. Click the gear icon

    3. Select Edit widget

    4. The preview-view will pop up, click the widget drop-down in the top left-hand corner

    5. Click Edit

    6. Adjust your filters

    7. Click OK

    8. Click OK

  6. To remove a filter from an individual widget

    1. Navigate to the widget you want to remove a filter from

    2. Click the gear icon

    3. Select Edit widget

    4. The preview-view will pop up, click the widget drop-down in the top left-hand corner

    5. Click Remove

    6. Click OK


Adding, Editing, and Deleting Filters to an Entire Dashboard

  1. Click Analyze in the left-hand navigation bar

  2. Open an existing dashboard or create a new one

  3. Ensure you are in View Mode by clicking View in the top right-hand corner

  4. To add a filter to your entire dashboard

    1. Select Add filter in the top toolbar

    2. Select your filters

    3. Click OK

  5. To edit a filter on your entire dashboard

    1. Click the filter drop-down in the top toolbar

    2. Select Edit

    3. Adjust your filters

    4. Click OK

  6. To remove a filter from your entire dashboard

    1. Click the filter drop-down in the top toolbar

    2. Click Remove
