Setting Up AI Personalization

To set up AI Personalization, follow these steps:

  1. Select your Account Name in the top right-hand corner

  2. Click Settings

  3. Click AI Personalization

  4. Navigate to the Brand Summary and Ideal Influencer Description sections

  5. To add Multiple Brand Summaries

    1. Click Create New

    2. Name your brand

    3. Upload an optional avatar

    4. Add a description that reflects its values, voice, and positioning.

    5. Click Create

    6. Create additional brand summaries as needed

    7. Use the dropdown to switch between saved summaries or select Manage Brand Summaries to edit, delete, or add new ones.

    8. Select Save Brand once done editing

  6. To add New Ideal Influencer Profiles

    1. Under Ideal Influencer Description, click Create New

    2. Define the type of content, audience, or tone you are looking for in an influencer

    3. Click Create.

    4. Create as many profiles as needed to reflect different targeting strategies.

    5. Use the dropdown to toggle between profiles or select Manage Ideal Influencers to edit, delete, or create new ideal influencer profiles from here.

    6. Select Save Influencer once done making edits

Switching Brand Summaries and Influencer Criteria To See Updated Insights

  • Revisit your AI Personalization settings anytime to change which Brand Summary and Ideal Influencer profile are applied to your account.

    Note: You can create multiple profiles or view and use the profiles your teammates have created. The profiles you choose to apply will only affect your account and will not change anyone else’s settings.

  • Your AI summaries and insights will instantly update to reflect your selected settings.
