If you are a Meltwater Radarly user, you can now capture and surface all public TikTok posts and comments that mention your brand’s handle (within the post’s caption).

Authenticating Your TikTok Account
Before capturing TikTok mentions in Radarly, you must authenticate your TikTok account in your settings.
Note: Data collection will begin at the time of authentication and will not include any historical data. Meltwater will retain collected data on a rolling 15-month basis. There are no data caps on the amount of mentions Meltwater will surface. Additionally, the TikTok account needs to be a TikTok Business Handle.
Radarly Authentication
Navigate to Project Configuration
Select Settings
Select Social Accounts in the top toolbar
Click + to connect a new account
Select Add TikTok Account
A pop-up window will appear and prompt you to log into TikTok
Data Collected in Radarly
After you authenticate your TikTok account, you will see Radarly as a new source.
Today, we retrieve TikTok content that mentions your brand once your TikTok account is authenticated. We can track the following KPIs:

Engagement metrics are not included
We don’t retrieve Tiktok user names, consequently, we can’t create a corpus from Tiktok data.

Only customers who were part of the Beta phase will be able to get access to native TikTok metrics: impressions, reach, and engagement actions.
