AI Explainer in Discovery
The AI Explainer in Discovery is available via the Contextual Explanation button. It is a feature within Discovery that gives you the context behind learning that Discovery detects in your data. By harnessing the power of LLMs, this feature unlocks a deeper understanding of consumer intelligence data.
Using AI Explainer in Discovery
When visualizing a specific Discovery learning based on social media sources, a button on the left-hand side named “Contextual Explanations” appears.
When you click the button, the explanation is generated and represented by a talking robot.
This Large Language Model (LLM) AI scrolls, analyzes, and understands the posts behind emerging terms to generate a human-like text explanation that allows you to better appreciate what has happened inside your data.
This feature allows users to understand the context of social media trends based on keyphrases, hashtags, effects, emotions, or sentiments.
The explanation is available in the user’s language (English, Chinese, French, Japanese, German).
AI Explainer in Insight Pages
When you click on a specific data point from a card, a post list that shows the concerned posts appears, and the AI Explainer section automatically shows up. It generates an overview of what is at play in the related publications.
Powered by advanced Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Explainer provides AI-generated contextual explanations, streamlining your analysis and shortening the path to actionable insights.
Using AI Explainer in Insight Pages
When you hover over Insight Page cards that are clickable (i.e., that allow you to click on a specific part of the card to show the posts), a magic wand appears instead of your cursor, as well as an explanatory text on the bottom right-hand side of the hovered card.
When you click on a specific data point, a post list that shows the concerned posts appears, and our Contextual Explainer section automatically shows up.
It displays our AI-robot and says that it is “Analyzing posts…” from the given post list.
Once the summary is computed and generated, it is displayed inside this new Contextual Explainer section.
You can copy the overview by clicking on the icon on the bottom right hand corner of the blue section.
