Understanding Radarly Insight Pages

Radarly’s Insight Pages are shareable dashboards composed of customizable 'cards' that display data based on the queries and structure of your Radarly project. These dashboards are widely used by diverse teams—from analysts creating reports to executive teams leveraging the insights for critical business decisions.

For PR/Comms Professionals and Marketers

Insight Pages are often repurposed into presentations, reports, and newsletters. The PNG export feature provides high-quality visuals, which are ideal for integrating crisp screenshots of Insight Page cards into your materials.

For Consumer Insights Analysts

Many analysts require precise data points in addition to visualizations. Radarly offers CSV file exports to meet this need, enabling detailed reporting and integration into broader workflows. This feature was developed based on feedback about how analysts use card metrics in their reports.

Insight Page viewers—whether accessing a page directly in Radarly or through a Snapshot—can export data in both PNG and CSV formats. This capability ensures that users across your organization can collaborate effectively, whether they are creating, distributing, or analyzing Insight Pages.

Exporting Radarly Insight Pages

Insight Page viewers can export cards in CSV and PNG formats.

Note: At this time, the following card types cannot be exported:

Posts, pictures & authors

AI Contextual Analysis Cards

Editorial

Authors Demographic (no .csv but PNG is available)

To export the available cards, follow these steps:

  1. Hover over the top right corner of an Insight Page card to see the viewing and export options

  2. Click the kebab menu

  3. When available, select Export to CSV or Export to PNG

Limitations

For cards that have multiple pages of data, the export will only include the first page of data.

PNG Outputs

  • The PNG output of the card is based on the render of the user screen: same proportions (with sharper definition) and same colors (dark theme or white theme).

    • Pro tip: Change your Radarly settings to match the visual style of your reports

  • The PNG language is based on the language of the user.

  • Both the Card Header and Sub Header are exported.

CSV Outputs

  • The best practice for CSV outputs is to open the CSV export file as a CSV (as opposed to opening in a spreadsheet).
