To create a Radarly Insight page, you have the choice of starting from scratch or using Insight page templates. These templates are designed to meet the most typical Consumer Intelligence use cases: e-reputation monitoring, campaign assessment, benchmarking against competitors, or analyzing customer feedback.

Since October 2024, these templates include AI-powered analysis cards in addition to classic widgets (charts, Top posts or authors, image clustering…).

This article will cover:

What Each Template Includes

Available Templates

E-Reputation

Stay on top of your brand’s online reputation and manage crises effectively with this template. It monitors brand perception and surfaces any potential risks or viral negative content, allowing you to respond swiftly.

Benchmark

This template helps you compare the performance of multiple brands or products. You can compare dozens of brands (depending on the number of searches you have in your workspace). If you limit your selection to 2 or 3 brands, a more detailed focus per brand will also be included.

Campaign

Perfect for tracking digital marketing campaigns, this template lets you monitor online conversations about product launches, brand collaborations, or any other marketing initiatives.

Customer Experience

Ideal for improving customer service, this template helps you analyze ratings, reviews, and feedback from your customers to identify pain points and enhance the overall customer experience.

Content

Use this template to analyze your audience and understand what type of content resonates with them, enabling you to create more engaging and targeted material.

Note: As of October 28th 2024, these templates have been enhanced with generative AI analysis and other widgets that were recently released in Radarly such as image clusters, celebrity recognition cards or distinctive keyphrases.

Using Insight Page Templates

To select and customize a template, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Insight pages section

  2. Click on the New Insight page button in the upper right-hand corner

  3. Choose a workspace (Templates are not compatible with project Insight pages)

  4. Pick the template you want.

  5. Once you have entered edit mode, you need to configure your page by using the form on the left-hand panel. In addition to mandatory fields (title, period, data source), you can choose whether or not to activate AI powered analysis cards or sections specific to each template.

  6. Begin by filling the mandatory fields and click the Apply button to generate a first preview.

Note: The changes you make in sections are immediately applied to the preview, you can even apply adjustments on mandatory information at this stage, without needing to publish the page.

  7. By default AI powered analyses are enabled (Option available in all templates excluding Customer Experience). Add a page description in the AI section to improve the AI powered analysis’ accuracy . You can also choose to switch it off.

  8. Choose whether you want to activate other sections or not

  9. Once you are satisfied with the result, save your page in the upper right-hand corner to convert the preview into a classic Insight page.

  10. Once the page is created, you are redirected to it and all classical options of an Insight page are then available: edition, snapshots share…
