Engage’s publishing experience has been upgraded with three new features:
An all-in-one tab workflow for creating and editing posts by channel
An integrated video editor in Publish
Enhanced thumbnail support for link previews in your posts
This article will cover:
Using the Publishing Tabs Workflow
The tabs workflow will simplify switching between channels, making it easier to make channel-specific edits.
Click the Engage drop-down in the left-hand navigation bar
Select Publish
Click Create
Click Post
Select your social accounts
Note: The tabs are dynamic, meaning that as you select each new social account to compose a post for, the channel-specific tab for that social channel will then appear in the composer. (I.E. - as you select Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts, tabs for each of those channels will appear, plus the General (or ‘global’ tab)).
Note: Any text or attachments added or edited in the General tab will auto-populate into the subsequent channel-specific tabs.
To edit your post by channel
Any post customized via the individual tabs that differ from the General tab will include a Customized badge on their preview
If there are any errors in the post specific to a channel, the channel tab will be highlighted in red
Channel-Specific Customizations
Channel-specific customizations include images, videos, gifs, and emojis ( where applicable), as well as:
Facebook: audience restrictions
Instagram: post type, people and product tags, collaborators, first comment
LinkedIn: audience restrictions
TikTok: advanced settings
X: n/a
YouTube: title, private, advanced settings

Click the Engage drop-down in the left-hand navigation bar
Click Publish
Select Create in the top right-hand corner
Click Post
Upload your video in the General Tab
Hover over the thumbnail once loaded
Click Edit
Once satisfied with your edits, click Export Video to automatically insert the video back into Publisher. Learn more about Features and Functions below.
