简介

Having a good query structure is essential as it leads to valuable insights being processed into Radarly. However, when you do not have a good query structure in place, it can lead to poor data processing.

Users within Radarly have the feasibility to create their own queries, however it can be the case where users are not familiar with building queries. We have created a solution in Radarly, where you can now have a ready-to-use catalogue of brand queries from different industries. These queries can be used across different workspaces. (Please note, all queries in our catalogue have been certified by Linkfluence experts.)

Note
Today (September 2020) the Linkfluence library of queries offers to the users a list of 140 brand queries. We are now focusing on brand queries, but it aims at including categories, drivers.

Benefits

  • Consistency of data across your projects, workspaces, and teams

  • Simplified governance of data so you don't have to worry about creating new queries, thus making sure that your data is consistent across teams and workspaces

  • Easy set up of the queries, no Boolean required, so you don't have to worry about being a expert query builder

它的工作原理是什么?

To use the feature, users simply need to select the queries they want in the new related widgets.

You can find it in your project settings in the Queries and in the Tagging Grid tabs. Once the feature is activated, the library offers new options in the settings.

Queries section

A new menu is available on the top of the query creation section. In the "Standard" tab you can create a fully custom query whereas in the "Linkfluence library" tab you can select a query from the library.

This menu is available for both focus and search queries. It doesn't show the Boolean query used to collect the data but for each query, a description explains the scope.

Note
In case you want to refine terms collected by a Search query using the library, you need to:

  1. Create a search query based on a query of the library (e.g. query name SQ1)

  2. Create a focus query having as parent the query SQ1

  3. Put in the focus query the custom terms you want to refine the data

Tagging Grid section

A new tab is also available when you setup a trigger for a custom tag. No specific limitation is operated here (eg. you can mix search terms with the library queries)

Feature activation

The Linkfluence Library is included in Radarly without any additional fee. In other words, every Linkfluence project can benefit.

However, for projects created before the general availability of the library (September 7, 2020), the feature is not activated. In this case, please send an email to help@linkfluence.com
