Unleashing the power of our AI, Insight Pages Technology and narrative science capabilities, Discovery analyzes the queries of your workspace to automatically identify, explain and make you explore unusual changes and shifts within your workspace data set so that you don't miss any important insight.

Discovery is a AI research assistant for analysts. It is accessible via Radarly's main header menu. This new Radarly section will analyse your queries and workspace, in order to detect:

These detected phenomenons are regrouped and numbered as "Learnings". These Learnings are ranked by importance.

Discovery needs to be activated on a Workspace in order for you to use it. If it is not the case, please contact your Radarly interlocutor or help@linkfluence.com.

Discovery is a unique web page on which you must scroll down to find the different learnings the tool has detected.

Discovery works at a workspace level. Please make sure that you are currently navigating on the correct workspace to see that our research assistant has spotted for you.

In order to browse through the different "Learnings" that Discovery has selected for you, you must scroll down the page.

If you quickly need to go back to the top of the Discovery page, you can click the "Scroll to Top" button on the right hand side of the screen.

The Preferences button that sits on the upper right hand side of your discovery screen will allow you to focus on certain queries in order to display learnings that are related to them.

This Preferences button is at a user level, which means that your choices will not impact the experience from others. Discovery will remember these Preferences for you future Discovery sessions in Radarly. You will be able to change and update these preferences on the fly at any given moment.

This new feature has 2 predefined time periods that you can select:

When navigating on a specific Radarly Workspace, the data pointed out by Discovery will be the same for each user.

You will be able to deep dive on the data from some of the Learnings that Discovery will find out. In order to do so, you can click on the "Go to detailed view" button on the lower right hand sign of each Learning concerned. This will open up a new screen that will show you an in depth analysis of the selected Learning.

When looking at a specific learning, also have the possibility to save this learning:

Because Discovery is an AI assistant that runs through the data of a Workspace, it does not always display data in real time like the rest of the platform.

This means that, according to internal rules, your Discovery page is either considered "fresh", or "outdated".

A page is considered "fresh" (✔) when it is:

- less than 24 hours old (Last7days timeframe)

- less than 168 hours old (Last30days timeframe)

The "state" of a Discovery page is explained via a status banner for each Discovery page, that also gives detail on the moment the page was calculated.

In addition to the above, our AI assistant can generate Discovery pages on the fly, or in a more automatical manner. This all depends on the size or your Workspace, or on it's usage statistics.

- On the fly generation: means that when a user goes on a Discovery page from a Workspace and that the displayed page is "outdated", Discovery will automatically start generating a new page with the latest data. The user is warned via the banners explained above that give the status of the current and new page.

Once the new page is calculated, the user will then be able to replace the old page with the new one. This new page display then applies to all Workspace users.

- Automatic generation: means that Discovery does the work of pre-generating pages for the user, allowing users to always have "fresh" data (✔) in their Discovery pages.
