エクスプロアでのフィルターの使用

ソースの種類、言語、キーワード、センチメント、国に基づいたフィルターを使用して、検索をさらに絞り込む方法をご覧ください

クエリ以外の特定の基準やフィルターを含めない場合、非常に多くのメンションが検索結果として表示され、表示したくない結果まで表示される可能性があります。

フィルターを使用すると、ニーズに応じて検索結果をより細かく絞り込むことができます。

この記事では次の内容について説明します：

フィルターのタイプ

By default, it shows:

  • Saved Filter Sets: This dropdown includes Quick Picks, these are pre-defined source selections specific to your region. You can also select from Filter Sets that you have saved from previous searches

  • ソースタイプ：特定のメディアチャネル（XやFacebookなど）からの結果のみを表示します

  • ［地域］：国別、地域別の検索結果を表示します。

  • ［言語］：言語別の検索結果を表示します。

Click All Filters to open the full menu that include the default filters as well as:

  • ［センチメント］：センチメント別（ポジティブ/肯定的、ネガティブ/否定的、ニュートラル/中立）の検索結果を表示します。

  • カスタムカテゴリー：カテゴリーは、分析と比較を目的に結果を絞り込むためのフィルターとして適用できる、保存されたブーリアンクエリです。カスタムカテゴリーについて詳しくはこちら。

  • 投稿者：作成済みの投稿者リストを表示するか、新規でリストを作成することができます。投稿者リストでは、Xハンドル名やRedditユーザーのリストを作成し、そのリストをフィルターとして使用して、それらのハンドル名やユーザーから文書を検索できます。投稿者リストについて詳しくはこちら。

  • Keyword and Emojis: Display only results that contain a specific word or phrase or emoji.

In All Filters, you can:

Note: Filters appear in the bar as you apply them—so you always know what’s active and avoid scrolling. If you add or remove filters from a Saved Filter Set, your filter bar will indicate this with the word “edited” next to the name.

Apply Multiple Filters at Once (with instant results):

  1. Click All Filters

  2. Select the checkboxes to the left of any filter you want to add

Select All Filters

  1. Click All Filters

  2. Click Select All

Clear All Filters

  1. Click All Filters

  2. Navigate to a specific filter section you want to clear

  3. Or select Clear All in the top right-hand corner to clear all filters across all sections

Pick Filters Individually

  1. Click All Filters

  2. Select the checkboxes to the left of each filter you want to add

Save, Rename, or Delete Filter Sets

  1. Click All Filters

  2. Make all your filter selections

  3. To Save a filter set

    1. Select the Saved Filter Sets drop-down

    2. ［保存］をクリックします。

    3. Give your filter set a name

    4. ［保存］をクリックします。

  4. To Rename a filter set

    1. Select the Saved Filter Sets drop-down

    2. Hover over an existing saved filter set

    3. Click Rename

    4. Edit the name

  5. To Delete a filter set

    1. Select the Saved Filter Sets drop-down

    2. Hover over an existing saved filter set

    3. ［削除］をクリックします

    4. 削除を選択します。

Advanced Filters By Source

Some sources include additional filtering options to help you dig deeper.

For News Filters,

  1. Click All Filters

  2. Select Source Type in the left-hand navigation bar

  3. Click the News drop-down

  4. Included is:

    1. News Source: Enter specific outlets by name or URL
      ​Media Format: Online or Print

    2. Category: General news, trade publications, stock market, press wires, etc.

    3. Premium License: US premium, Canada premium, or non-premium

    4. Reach Percentile: From Top 10% to Bottom 10%, or “Reach unavailable”

For X (formerly Twitter) Filters,

  1. Click All Filters

  2. Select Source Type in the left-hand navigation bar

  3. Click the X drop-down

  4. Included is:

    1. Account Status: Verified / Unverified

    2. Followers: Minimum and maximum range

    3. Gender: Male, Female, Unknown

    4. Post Type: Original, Quote, Reply, Retweet

    5. Reposts, Replies, Likes: Minimum and maximum values for each

フィルターをフィルターセットに追加して保存

  1. 左側のナビゲーションバーで[エクスプロア]をクリックします

  2. Open an existing search or create a new one by describing your search to the AI Search Assistant at the top of the page, or by selecting Keyword search, Advanced Search, or AI Search Assistant

  3. Within the Filters bar options, select any filter drop-down or select All Filters to open all filter options

  4. Use the checkboxes to select the mediums to be refined

  5. Click Apply and your search results will update as you apply and remove filters

  6. To save filters to be used again

    1. Select the Saved Filter Sets drop-down

    2. 保存を選択します

  7. To make updates to a Saved Filter Set, repeat that process

  8. To save an updated filter set without updating the original, use Save as

留意点：すべてのフィルターを使用、選択する必要はありません。検索に関連するフィルターのみを使用します。また、フィルターをフィルターセットに保存する必要はありません。—これは完全にオプションであり、今後の検索を作成する際の時間を節約するためのものです。保存されたフィルターセット以外の検索に追加されたすべてのフィルターは、終了する前に検索を保存している限り保存されます。

大文字と小文字を区別して絞り込む

コンテキストの異なるキーワード検索でブランド名が見つかる場合があります。例えば、「Apple」を検索すると、りんご、そして米アップル社のいずれかに関する文書が見つかります。

このような場合に「ノイズ」を減らし、検索結果を改善するには、次の手順に従います：

  1. 右上の「大文字・小文字を区別」アイコンを選択します

  2. [オフ]、[大文字と小文字を区別]、または[ハイブリッド大文字]を選択します

    1. オフ：検索ワードの大文字と小文字のすべてのバリエーションが一致したものを表示します

    2. 大文字と小文字を一致：検索ワードの大文字と小文字が完全に一致したものを表示します

    3. ハイブリッド：検索ワードで使用されている大文字のみが一致したものを表示します
