The Benchmark analyzes the digital performance of a brand in comparison with that of other brands, including competitors. You can access the module through the Social Performance in Radarly your workspace.

Creating benchmark entities allows you to follow the social performance of several brands (on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or Youtube). This part is similar to My accounts, but with less available details for the accounts not owned by you because the platforms give you access to less information.

The first section of the benchmark is the Overview. Here you can compare the performance of selected competitors for each social network over a chosen time range. The results can be classified according to a variety of metrics appropriate to each platform.

On Details by Brand, you can see the content of your competitors, their statuses, updates, and detailed figures on their social performance. You can rate and view the posts to see which content performs the best. You can change the competitors on the panel at the top of the screen.

The Duel section allows you to directly compare the performances of two brands over a selected time period. Analyzing the deployment of the digital engagement strategy of competitors and their performance when they post helps you to gain important insights. What type of content works? How to interact best with a specific audience? What can we learn from the strengths, weaknesses or strategy of a competitor?

The publication punchcard displays the publication activity of a social account. The component gives you the details (day/hour) of the number of posts published on a social media account.
