For technical reasons, on November 15th, it becomes mandatory to plug a FB page and an Instagram account in your Radarly project to keep collecting contents from these platforms:

  • plug at least one FB page in your Radarly project to keep collecting FB contents

  • plug at least one Instagram business or creator account in your Radarly project to keep collecting Instagram contents

If no FB page is plugged into the project, no more FB content will be collected in the project, same for Instagram (same for historical data).

Who can plug these accounts to the project?

Only an administrator of a FB page or an Instagram account can plug it into a Radarly project. At the same time, this person must also be an administrator of the Radarly project.

How to check that there is at least one Facebook page and one Instagram account connected to a Radarly project?

You have to be administrator of the project:

  1. Go to the settings section of your Radarly project

  2. Go to the “Social Accounts” page

  3. Verify in the left column of the page that there is at least one FB page and one Instagram account listed.

  6. Once you are logged in to Facebook, a popup will list all the Facebook pages and the Instagram Business and Creator accounts for which you are administrator

  7. Select the Facebook page(s) and the Instagram account(s) you want to plug to the project and validate

  8. Once the pages and accounts are plugged, they are visible in the “Social Accounts” section of the project

As a reminder, plugging a FB page or an Instagram account into a Radarly project also allows you to monitor its social performance.
