Updated this week

As of January 10, 2023, the display of 'Media' content in Radarly will be limited to an excerpt of 280 characters for the title and body of the article.

On an ongoing basis, Linkfluence is making adjustments to the software to ensure proper data compliance and to keep up with changes in the legal framework. The January 2023 modification is part of this process.

Changes in Radarly for users:

  • Beyond 280 characters for all media, the content will simply be truncated. No change in other types of sources.

  • This operation will only be observable where the software currently displays the full content, i.e.: detailed views of publications, web reviews, and exports of posts (xls & csv). An extract is already displayed in all the other places of the software where publications are to be displayed (list of the posts, alerts, report builder, ...).

It is important to specify that this will not change the validity of the media permalinks. As of today, they will remain available and allow access to the original content in its entirety.

All these changes will also apply to the API on the same date.
