Meltwater's partnership with Dow Jones enables us to provide their premium publications as an additional service.

Content is the bedrock for any successful media intelligence solution. Meltwater has the largest online news source base globally, and maintains a network of hundreds of partners to get clients access to the best content that matters most to them.

Our new addition of Factiva premium content includes all of the industry-leading Dow Jones sources such as The Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, Marketwatch and Dow Jones Newswires, in addition to providing access to licensed premium news sources from around the globe, such as Crain’s, The Australian Financial Review and thousands more. With this Factiva premium content, you have the most authoritative, respected and impactful content at your fingertips.

Engaging with Dow Jones content

If the Dow Jones additional service is included in your Meltwater agreement, Factiva premium content will be included within your search results with no additional hassle! There is no need to change your searches or your dashboards.

As these premium publications are brought into the Meltwater platform via Dow Jone's API, all content will open in-app in a pop-up window.

This content can be shared externally via email but can not be shared via social media. Please note that your recipients of content shared via email can select the link and it will open the pop-up article.

Similar to broadcast monitoring, this content is available on the Meltwater platform for 30 days. After 30 days the content’s text including the title will be removed. Metadata of the content will not be removed and will continue to show the record of the article within your reporting.
