Set up Real-Time Alerts to track sensitive and emerging topics of your choice in real-time to detect potential crises.
You may decide the trigger threshold, the time of sending, and the preferred channel to receive the notification: by Email or by Telegram.

There are 2 types of alerts:

  1. Monitoring Alerts are used to monitor the listening part of your project

  2. Social Alerts make it possible to follow the social performance part

Hinweis:

  • All users can create or modify the monitoring alerts and social alerts of the project.
    Administrators of the project will find the management of monitoring alerts in the settings, by selecting the tab alerts.

  • If you are a reader or publisher of the project, open the Monitoring Alerts directly (at the top right of your screen).

Writer and Reader users won't be able to see the alerts created into the project, except their own. Only Admin users have the ability to view all alerts.


Creating or editing an alert

Depending on the user rights of the project, there are 2 ways to access the alerts:

  1. If you are a reader or editor of the project, open the alert management tab directly (top right of your screen)

  2. If you are an administrator of the project, click on the settings button and then on the alerts tab.


Filter

Filters are available for monitoring alerts. The "Filters" dialogue box, allows you to apply filters to the alerts you receive.


You can directly follow a query from your project by selecting it directly from the "Queries" tab.


Schwellenwert

Set the sending rate of the alerts:

  • according to the author

  • depending on the number of publications received


Empfänger

Enter the email addresses of the recipients of your alert. Please note that you do not need to be a Radarly user to receive an alert.
